We shall make all reasonable attempts to keep you apprised of the status of refund through updates shared on your registered mobile number or email address. In case of faulty products (attributable to, and accepted by us after due verification at our sole discretion), we follow the policy of repair following replace and finally store credit points if the product cant be repaired or replaced.The store credit points must be redeemed within 6 months of credit being issued by us. Please note an order can only be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order. In the event of a cancellation, your payment will be refunded within 30 days in store credit points. Once the order is processed after 24 hours, no cancellation request will be entertained.
