Returns & Exchanges
To return or exchange goods please email us the order # with product codes to [email protected] within 7 days of delivery of product and we will help you with the process. Alternatively you can call us on +91- 9810856372 on Monday to Saturday between 10am-6:00pm. Your purchase should be sent back to us within 14 days of receiving your order. MODVEY APPARELS PRIVATE LIMITED will provide you with Return code (RC) and our team will assist you with the return/exchange process. You will be notified by email or text message on your registered mobile number once your return has been received and processed.
We shall make all reasonable attempts to keep you apprised of the status of refund through updates shared on your registered mobile number or email address. In case of faulty products (attributable to, and accepted by us after due verification at our sole discretion), we follow the policy of repair following replace and finally store credit points if the product cant be repaired or replaced.The store credit points must be redeemed within 6 months of credit being issued by us. The original shipping charges duties, discount availed, waiver etc if any will not be refunded. All the claims related to product purchased from our website are limited to the monetary value of product only. - • These terms of returns and exchanges are limited to direct sale by Modvey Apparels Private Limited.
- • We accept the product returned at option, you will be entitled to receive credit points if the item cannot be repaired or replaced.
- • All items returned should have a return code (RC) for identification and processing.
- • Items must be unused and undamaged and must be returned with all tags intact and its original condition with all invoices, packaging and paperwork.
- • We will not be responsible for any damage caused in return transit of the product.
- • Product must be returned to us within 14 days of receiving it. Return outside 14 days window may be accepted at our discretion
- • Folowing products are neither returanable not exchangeable
- • Customized products as per the specification of users
- • Accessories, Jewelry, Clutches, Wallets, Bags, Scarves, Footwear etc
- • Products ordered using credit points
- • While reasonable efforts are made to provide accurate visual representations of products on the website (i.e weight, colour, size, handwork details), we cant guarantee or warranty of exactness of such visual representation or description of the product and the actual product we deliver to you.
- • Unidentified returns without any return code (RC) may be returned to the sender.
- • You are advised to check the ordered products and quantity in the invoice, before accepting the package from the logistics/ courier agency.
- • In case of a discrepancy we request you to leave a suitable remark with the courier company and inform us on [email protected] with the discrepancy details within 24 hours of accepting the package. All dispute related to products and services are entertained within territorial Jurisdiction of New Delhi, India only.
- • Arbitration – Any disputes arising out of this agreement shall first be amicably settled by way of arbitration as per the Arbitration & Conciliation Act 1996. The Arbitrator will be appointed by the company. The arbitration proceedings shall be conducted in the English language and the arbitration shall be held in New Delhi.
Please note an order can only be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order. In the event of a cancellation, your payment will be refunded within 30 days in store credit points. Once the order is processed after 24 hours, no cancellation request will be entertained.
